National Partners: CDC School Health Branch-funded NGO contact information and ways they can provide support


CDC funds several NGOs focused on promoting and implementing evidence-based school nutrition, physical activity, out-of-school time, and/or school health services policies, practices, and programs. All NGOs except NACDD listed below are funded through the National Collaboration to Promote Health, Wellness, and Academic Success of School-Age Children (CDC-RFA-DP16-1601). NACDD is funded under a cooperative agreement through the Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (OSTLTS).
